E-P 2 (Eye Process 2) documents and transcribes the events that occur in a make-shift laboratory where technicians imbue an assortment of mechanical creatures with unique human character-traits. Specifically the eye, the trace of a human source, brings these critters to life. The harvest initiates with the extraction of each of the individual’s “life-soul-prints,” and transplanting them into the machines. The electronic organisms then contain not merely a broad range of human traits, but rather specific personalities and idiosyncrasies: essences from the original “donors,” that are retained via scientific procedure.
